Normally, our shipping and delivery process will be fulfilled by Amazon.You can track your order by logging your Amazon account.If you have any shipping problems, please contact Amazon customer service department.

FBM:

If you order our product from other websites, we also offer other shipping methods. We have our Cooperative logistics companies as shown in the figure.If you would like to track your order, please contact us by home@zelarman.com. You will get more information includes logistic company, tracking number, and updated progress.

 

Return&Replacement Policy

No returns will be accepted after 7 days of receipt of your order.

All returned items must be in new, unused condition. We do not accept returns of personalized items.
